Introduction

The Dashboard is the system’s landing page. It provides real time overview of the current day, and the location’s E-Ticket to download. Through the Dashboard, you can analyse relevant information about tickets, and performance (waiting tickets by queue and average service waiting times).

The Dashboard contains the E-Ticket. The E-Ticket QR-Code can be download and displayed at the location.

All admin and the E-Ticket assume the language of the default browser.

Tickets
Performance

Tickets

This section contains information about the current day’s tickets. It includes the number of total tickets, waiting tickets, tickets being served, paused tickets, cancelled tickets, and finished tickets.

Performance

This section contains information related with the performance of the service (waiting and average service times). Service times

This section includes information regarding any visitor’s average waiting time, any service’s average service time and total average amount of time spent on-site by any visitor.

Waiting Tickets By Queue

This section contains a bar chart with the information about the total number of visitors distributed by service.

This information can be downloaded for SVG, PNG and CSV. Simply click on the “Menu” icon located at the right top corner of the section and select the desired format.

Average waiting time

This section provides insights into the average waiting times for each service. Additionally, if you've set predefined KPIs for each service (adjustable in the "Queues" subpage), this section evaluates the performance of each service based on these metrics.

E-Ticket

This section provides the E-Ticket QR-Code. It can be downloaded and displayed on site, allowing visitors to scan it and retrieve their paperless ticket.

ℹ️This QR-Code can also be made available for scan at any registered ticket kiosk.

The E-Ticket is a web-based solution, available for any smartphone with internet access, and allows users to remotely track their queue status.

⚠️For iPhone users, Apple blocks the pop-up notifications provided on the E-Ticket.
